Oko Poly Post UTME Form is out, Guidelines- 2015/2016

Federal Polytechnic Oko Post UTME application form for the 2015/2016 academic session is out. OKOPOLY pot UTME minimum cut-off mark is 180.

Federal Polytechnic Oko, OKOPOLY post utme screening exercise application form for the 2015/2016 academic session admission exercise is out.

Only candidates who obtained a score of 150 and above in the 2015 UTME conducted by JAMB, and choose Federal Polytechnic, Oko as their choice of institution are eligible to participate in the screening exercise.

However, we are able to gather that OKOPOLY post UTME application form is for sale at the designated banks withing Oko and Ekwulobia Metropolist.

Okopoly post UTME form is N2,800 from any of the bank above.

After the purchase of the forms, students are urged to log on to the official school portal by clicking here , click on Post UTME and enter your confirmation order number to proceed.

Candidate should fill all the necessary informations needed in the form and should cross-check before proceeding. (Candidates should ensure they enter complete and correct mobile phone number, email address as well as sponsor’s mobile phone number and email address while filling the application forms online).

Forms should be completed and submitted online at federal poly oko portal. Thereafter, examination date and venue will be relayed to qualified candidates through SMS and email

Notes:
1. The aptitude test shall be computer based (All candidates will take the test using computers).
2. Ensure you use a recent and current passport photograph during application as this would be used in subsequent screening exercises.
