A PRETTY brunette who is suing her millionaire ex-boss for sexual harassment says she has a smoking-hot piece of evidence — recordings on which the energy company chief executive officer admits he couldn’t work with her unless she slept with him.
“I just couldn’t do it,” married TransGas Energy founder Adam Victor says in one secretly recorded conversation.
“I just needed to see her naked. I could not be with her without being sexual. It became too difficult.”
The recordings were attached as new exhibits in a US lawsuit filed against Victor by his former assistant, Eve Khatskevich.
“If there was, if we basically were sleeping with each other, Eve would still be here, with the same f***king job, running the same hours.
“It was all about sex, OK? It was all about sex. If I had that or she was able to do it, she’d be happy, she’d be here with a job, she’d be on a career,” Victor says.
The recordings were made by another female employee, Nazym Toktassynova, who is Khatskevich’s roommate.
“But at the bottom line, Nazym, maybe I’m weak. I thought I could have a relationship with Eve where it was strictly professional where she worked, where it would not be sexual,” Victor tells her.
“But she was too pretty for me, OK. She was just too pretty, and I never got over my desire to basically have sex with her.
“I was prepared to let her have a boyfriend if she had sex with me.”
Toktassynova filed her own suit against Victor in December 2014, in which she claims he tried to rape her. Victor has claimed he’s worth $100 million.
Another recording seems to put the lie to Victor’s claim that he rescued Khatskevich and Toktassynova from a “Hell’s Kitchen brothel”, where he claimed they worked as hookers.
“We know she wasn’t a prostitute but this is gonna be war,” Victor says in the February 28, 2014, conversation, recorded just a month after Khatskevich filed her Manhattan Supreme Court suit.
Victor tried to claim he said “impostor”, not “prostitute”, but in court papers, his lawyers have stated: “Khatskevich’s history of prostitution is highly relevant to her instant claims of sexual harassment.”
He claimed she had a “masseuse” gig at Body Works on 48th St and 10th Ave, New York, before cops closed it down for operating as a brothel, according to court papers.
In a countersuit, Victor says the judge shouldn’t admit the recordings as evidence because they are of “dubious authenticity” and metadata indicates they were altered.
Khatskevich’s lawyers are now seeking sanctions against Victor for disparaging their client’s reputation.
Victor says the suits are no more than “extortion attempts” by disgruntled former employees.
